Hi all
Just a question I would like confirmed. If I should use encryption, either by using the plug-in or by using SSH (e.g. via PuTTY on the client), does the file transfer traffic get encrypted as well the normal viewer session? I am using port 5800.

Are you sure java is properly installed ? Have you tried with another browser ? Is Httpconnect selected in the Admin properties on the server ? Thanks for the information.
