I have the same Problem, and cant solve it. I have much Win7 x64 Clients with uvnc 1.0.9.6.2 installed. I cant remotly connect, all ok - when a user is logged on at the machine. when no user is logged on, or a user loggs off at the maschine, no vnc connection is possible. after a new login ...
