I used to connect with a custom made SC no problem, server PC (mine) running "C:\Program Files\UltraVNC\vncviewer.exe" -listen 5500 with port forwarding through my router. I looked up VNC configuration on portforwarding.com and noticed that it recommends both TCP and UDP for the 5500, 5800 and 5900 ports. Also discovered today, that viewers connected through LAN (same side of router) using 192.169.0.2 to connect to server, can browse folders no problem, and transfer files.
Problem only occurs when connecting over the internet...?
