UltraVNC

I use UltraVNC all the time and I love it. One thing that I'd like to be able to do, however, is to have UltraVNC create 'sun spots' on my desktop wherever there is a lot of motion. For instance if a movie was running I'd like it if a solid color was rendered roughly over top of the image ...
