Ok..It is not a d-link issue. I tried SC on a XP Home SP2 to Viewer on another XP Home SP2 through the d-link and it worked great.
So my problem is with one laptop that is running XP Pro SP1. (SP1 because mycompany wants it that way)
What else can I do to the XP Pro SP1 to get it to listen. I tried ...
