This just gets odder... I downloaded the standalone viewer and connected to my dad's computer with no problem. So clearly they are not blocking the ports as they said they are. So, something is wrong on my end as I still get the message "Please wait - initial screen loading..." when using the viewer ...

I'm not familiar with what the worm protection blocks and doesn't block. Maybe another user can help you on that one. Removing ZoneAlarm fixed the problem. I don't understand why simply shutting it down didn't work. I guess I need to find a better firewall that's more customizable.
