I've noticed this too! The DSM plug-in "appear" to get installed into their own separate folder. The VNC Server is looking for the plug-ins in the same folder where the "winvnc.exe" is located. I see DSM Plugin at the bottom left corner of the WinVNC.
What it is for and why it is shown 'no Plugin detected'.

When I try click the 'config' button beside it,
it shown 'The plugin cannot be loaded. Please check its integrity'

I followed instructions installed pc 1 with VNC server 1.0.1
then installed pc 2 with VNC viewer 1.0.1

input dynamic address ip address of pc1 in viewer

nothing connect.

Something I missing?

both pc with it's own dsl conections.
