Sorry for late response:
No highlighting in word (during connection between Ultravnc-Server and SmartCode_ViewerX _ActiveX).
Any idea?

Problem highlighting text in ms office word 2013
I´m using Ultravnc 1.1.9 and having a problem since I installed on Win7 MSOffice 2013: Highlighting text with the mouse isn´t possible on the clients in MSWord. Is a newer Ultravnc version solving this problem or have I to change only some settings in the ini file of VNC Server?

compile with vs2010 undeclared identifier
Hallo, I compile winvnc with visual studio 2010 with "error C2065" (undeclared identifier) in vncproperties.cpp and vncpropertiespoll.cpp in several lines. Many identifiers, such as "IDC_CONNECT_SOCK", couldn´t be found. I think, they couldn´t be found because they are defined in the resource.h in t ...

How to lock mouse and keyboard if viewer in listenmode
Hallo, can someone tell me, how it is possible to lock mouse and keyboard on a computer with viewer running in listenmode, if a server connects to that client? Is there a registrykey or a parameter for starting the viewer from commandline? Or is there an entry in the ultravnc.ini to control that ...

Hey, I even have a problem with building a winvnc release with vs 2008 or 2010: I got no error after building, but if I start the winvnc.exe an error occures with the message: "Diese Anwendung konnte nicht gestartet werden, weil die Anwendungskonfiguration nicht korrekt ist." With VisualStudio2008 you have to open the projektfile for example winvnc.sln for winvnc. I can compile it without errors, but if I run the build winvnc.exe I get the error: "Diese Anwendung konnte nicht gestartet werden, weil die Anwendungskonfiguration nicht korrekt ist..." Have anyone an idea for ...

Hallo,
is there an ActiveX Viewer Component available for UltraVNC ?
I only know about tightvncx. But that isn´t uptodate.

Re: 1.0.4 RC16 under WinXP 64bit
But there is the WoW64 in winxp-64bit-Version to run 32bit-applications. Why isn´t it possible to run there a 32-bit-UltraVNC-Version?
Perhaps I have to take the UltraVNC-files into other directories (SysWOW64 instead of SYSTEM32)?

1.0.4 RC16 under WinXP 64bit
Hallo,
is it possible to run the 1.0.4 RC16 (32bit) as 32bit-application under winxp-64bit ??
I tried it, but it didn´t work very fine.
Have I only to install the 64-bit-mirrordriver, so that it will work ?
Or is it necessary, to install a ultavnc-64-bit-version?
Thanx!

Re: Visual c++ 6.0 settings / options to compile ultravncvie
What compiler and servicepacks... have I to use to compile the newest ultravnc-version 1.0.4 RC16 ?
Do you use now VS2005?
Because with Visualc++6.0 I´m not able to compile the project without errors.
OK, I found it:

Hallo, I make a successful connection from one server to some (about 10) clients (viewer in listenmode). After some seconds, the connection will be closed to some clients (not at the same time).
