Hi, I am new to Ultra. I installed the server on a remote server Win 2008 x86 and then I installed the viewer on my laptop Win 7 x64. I was able to connect but, I keep getting a black screen and with no icons and no start button at the bottom of the remote server. Does anyone have any suggestions on ...
