Hi, The Simple answer I needed, which was unclear to me from everything you said, was to "uncheck the check boxes" for MS Logon. I was setting the vnc password repeatedly, but still getting the MSLOGON. It is difficult that the tray icon is not visible at times, too; I had to remove winvnc.exe from ...

PS -
I did "CNTRL -ALt -F5" while in the viewer screen, and absolutely nothing happened; "supposed to setup a save option" - am I missing something?
Is there a workaround to "Save" if the hotkeys are not working?
