A 'reverse' connection? Is that one instantiated from the server to the client?
Thanks for the link. I have tried this method with TightVNC and haven't yet been able to get a connection.

I know you are; you said as much in the first post. But I don't think such a thing exists, so I offered an alternate approach. You could also just run a Windows session in a virtual machine on your Linux box. UltraVNC is limited to Windows. SecureVNC is limited to Windows. I'll try and post results ...

You should probably go the wrapper approach (SSH or something similar) to secure your VNC connections cross-platform. I presume that implies I must install a secure shell server on my Window's VNC server. That would only work for me and greatly complicate the number of VNC clients I support who ...
