UltraVNC

I 've installed UVNC 1.0.9.6.1 server thru Dell KAce management on several computers, XP and Win7. When I make a change to any of the admin properties for UVNC server I get a "Run As" pop up prompting me to select a user to run this program. Is this normal or can I get rid of this? Any help is ...
