Which kind of server did you try to create?

The code of your helpdesk.txt is the format used for "PcHelpWare Server SC GUI".

If you were using the PcHelpWare Viewer to create the server, you should use another format, which consist one single line one, and s/b something like: -connect xx.xx.xx.xx ...
