Re: ChunkVNC "Fork" v4.0.0 (32 and 64 bit) Released

V4.0.0.0 works fine. It took time to customize it as customization is not easy and there is a need to edit lots of stuff in code. Now when I've don it I found out that I have to do it all over again for 64 bit version... Is there a chance to get one version that runs in 32bit or 64bit mode as needed ...

Re: ChunkVNC Repeaterless NAT2NAT Test

I stumble int the same problem. When i start InstantSupport i get unblock.js opened in text editor. That is because .js open is assigned to text editor. In clean Windows .js open is assigned to WExec.exe. I saw on other computers unblock.js openned by another JavaScript editors like DreamWeaver. It ...

Re: How to prohibit unauthorized repeater use?

Well, blocking port leads to the same problem as blocking IP, it would not be accessible from everywhere. I would like to avoid VPN. I saw TeamViewer, asks passwords along with ID, which helps at least in manner that i protects accessing servers by anyone. I notied in SRC\InstantSupport_Files ...

Re: ChunkVNC Upcoming Features and Requests

Is there a possibility to record ID's making them fixed for remote users. That would help a lot.

How to prohibit unauthorized repeater use?

I've made repeater accessible on publi cIP and ChuckVNC works fine. Now, i am conserned that someone unauthorised may use my router. I have limited and costly resources, so I would like to be able to control it's usage. Is there a way to limit viewer connections somehow? I guess if unknown users ...

Re: ChunkVNC "Fork"

Thanks for prompt reply. I am not in a hurry, so I will wait for new release. What I am trying to do is to create single ChunkVNC which I would make available for download. then I need to be able to externally force specific ID for each user. I need different ID's to be able to make difference among ...

Re: ChunkVNC "Fork"

I need fixed ID for VNC. Right now, fixed ID must be specified before compiling. That is not suitable if several servers should be used at the same time, as special compiled version should be made for each.

Is there a chance to make it read fixed id from external file, like INI?

Re: pchelpware command parameters

Well, I am, and I could make custom GUI if only there is documentation how to do it. As far as I know there is no documentation on 1SCVDLL.dll.

And I do not use C#, I use Delphi.

Option to be able to see who of the remote users is online

I frequently use VNC to connect remote computers on demand, via Internet. Popel call me by phone and ask for help and then I have to access them and fix things. They mostly use dialup lines and are not knowledge enough to promptly finsd IP's they get on connection. It would be fine if there is a way ...
