Fixed it!
Ok now I am not sure why this worked from one seperate network / connection / computer and not another but I definetely found what was causing the problem. On the router there was no MTU set. So I thought this seemed like a communication issue and enabled MTU and set it to 576 and tada connection ...

After reading through some of these threads I realized that may have been the problem so I turned it off on both ends. Still no luck does exactly the same thing... I also installed remote administrator to try to reconfigure UltraVNC. It gives me a similar message but it also works on my server at ...
