winvnc.exe -autoreconnect -connect MyIP:5500 -noregistry
I thought this would reconnect on a temporary internect failure, but it never reconnected.
Please tell me what is missing to use autoreconnection feature.
thx

Re: SC small exe Update 2011
From the source file winvnc.cpp, the WinMain shows if (strcmp(szCmdLine,"-dis_auc")==NULL) { Disbale_UAC_for_admin(); return 0; } if (strstr(szCmdLine,"-en_auc ")!=NULL) { char temp[10]; strcpy(temp,szCmdLine+8); int i=atoi(temp); Restore_UAC_for_admin(i); return 0; } I can see -dis ...

Re: SC small exe Update 2011
One most requested feature these days.
These days, so many people uses multi-monitors. Especially traders use many monitors with one PC.
So, SC is desirable to support multi-monitor connection like TeamViewer.
Do we have at least some solution for this feature request?
thx again

Re: SC small exe Update 2011
I created my own executable using AutoIt. It's called MyHelpDesk.exe. When it gets run from a client PC, it unpacks the following files into the client's pc - winvnc.exe - rc4.key - vnchooks.dll - MSRC4Plugin.dsm After unpacking, it executes the following: winvnc.exe -connect MyIp:5500 -noregistry ...

Re: SC small exe Update 2011
Hi
I mostly use
winvnc.exe -connect MyIp:5500 -noregistry
I would like to know how to specify [DIS-UAC], [WALL_PAPER] using command line option above?
And what is [DIRECT] for?

Re: Latest SC slow screen refresh
I experience the same slow screen refresh problem with Vista and Windows 7. Everytime I click mouse, the screen gets refreshed after 30 seconds or more. It is almost impossible to use SC on a remote Vista/Windows 7. I am eagerly looking for a solution for this problem. Please let me know if anyone ...

SC is a bit unstable
SC works very fine most of time.
However, it gets disconnected quite frequently when the remote PC uses dual monitors and when moving any window shown in another monitor.
Anyone knows how to fix in this case?
thx

CPU 100% when using SC for some remote PCs
SC works good most of times.
However, sometimes, SC uses up almost 100% of CPU in the remotely connected PC. More specifically, the winvnc.exe running on the remotely connected PC uses up all the CPU so that the remote PC works so slowly.
Does anyone know how to solve this issue?
thx

SC is too slow to update when used for Vista and Windows 7
I've been using SC quite a long time and it is a such a good program even if not perfect. One main problem with SC is that it updates the screen so slowly (I think once in a minute or so) when the remote pc is running Vista or Windows. So, it is almost impossible to use SC for Vista or Windows 7 ...

PcHelpWare always uses up lot of CPU and gets slow
I tested two PC in my office connected through internet.
I also installed the driver for XP on the server side.
When connection is made, the server uses up nearly 50% of cpu.
Is there any fix for this problem?

Re: Really Slow
PChelpWare uses up all the CPU so that the screen update or any other tasks get real slow. This slowness is not acceptable at all. I've tried to install drivers too, but not remedied the slow speed. The speed and reliability is the most important things. Can someone help on this slow problem? haerim ...

How to solve viewer CPU 100% problem with SC?
Hi, all. I've been using SC for quite a time, and pretty satisfied with it. However, when a remote computer connects to my PC using SC, the CPU goes up to 100% and I had to kill the session. Do anybody know why and how to solve it? Thanks [mod=494,1145567608]modified title, \"viewer\" added[/mod]
