is this speed issue confirmed to be hard coded (CPU Cycles by Rudi).
Has anyone been able to fix the speed issues. What is the latest build of the server and has anyone been able to load the mirror/video driver dynamicly.

Viewer auto load profile and connect
I used to call VNCViewer.exe with command line switches to have it connect to SC automaticly. Now with the PCHW project I have to launch the viewer and load the profile before connecting. Is there a way I can load a profile and launch the viewer at the same time. I use this in combination with the ...

Re: Missing file transfer function
I do a Ctrl-Alt-C and it says it's RECV and then it SENDS and there is nothing on my clipboard. Then it overloads the connection and the connection is dropped. I am using a 10MB UltraVNC Repeater V014 to proxy the connection. The repeater is a linux repeater of course and is working great to create ...

Disconnects after Screen Paint/redraw
I am using SC with a repeater (MODE II) on some connections and it's not all the time, the two sides connect and the screen comes up and begins painting, when it gets almost to the bottom 80 percent or so the viewer closes and the connection is lost. Has anyone had this problem before. I have ...

Re: Future SC project adoption for Vista compliancy
The UAC doesn't bother me becuase I have a way around this. I will explain how I do this in a minute. I am wondering why the responce is so slow (Screen updating). And how you got around this in PCHelpware in Vista. I got around the UAC by creating a VB.NET app that launched the SC if it detected ...

Re: Future SC project adoption for Vista compliancy
I do have SC running on Vista but it is really slow at screen refreshing.
Is this do to the UAC or Aero? Other than that everything in SC seems to work great. I am using SC with a repeater I have hosted on Server Beach.

Re: Will PCHELPWARE replace SC?
Are you willing to allow someone to maintain the SC tree and possibly provide the knowledge to get the Vista code to work in the SC tree. I understand you don't want to maintain 2 trees and PCHelpware is a great project but there is places where SC has been a really nice project. Particulary the ...

Re: PcHelpWare and Linux Repeater
I am using the version above (14) and it's working great. No problems.
I have it hosted on a Server Beach Server and connect easily between Vista and XP.
