I have a customer running an isa server and vnc would not work even using reverse connect. I was able to get it running my own echo server and then using the echo enabled uvnc version.

also search the web for a program called doze.exe
it's perfect for vnc server start which needs a delay before reverse connect is initiated. Might work for you on your issue.

from the vnc directory in dos type winvnc.exe help. should give you a box that shows all command lines.

I know that box will come up for sure if you type winvnc.exe and then a wrong command.

This would be great! Can be done and would not hard to implement. You can't do this with Ultra but I think you should be able to find other apps that can handle that. Sorry I don't know the name of any off the top of my head.

I installed and ran 19.3 on terminal server with no problems but don't use the display driver. Maybe that is causing the problem?

Reset the properties settings on both and see if that helps.
Put default properties and user properties set the same. That may help also.
Did you do a windows update that may have caused a problem?
