Tried using the update executable (product version 1.1.8.1) and still getting the same thing. The very first connection from a windows 8 machine comes through ok but then any other connections from the same windows 8 machine fail with the following errors. I am getting a protocol error when doing a reverse connection from a 1.1.8.0 server to RealVNC Viewer on listening on a Mac. Is this due to the above issue?

Hi All,

Does anyone know of a way to get singleclick to look at a URL for the helpdesk.txt file before opening?

That way any changes i make will be available straight away without compiling another executable.
