I am getting a protocol error when doing a reverse connection from a 1.1.8.0 server to RealVNC Viewer on listening on a Mac. Is this due to the above issue?

Does anyone know of a way to get singleclick to look at a URL for the helpdesk.txt file before opening?
That way any changes i make will be available straight away without compiling another executable.
