You know people are so afraid of installing anyting on there computers because of virus so that's why I only javaapplet. :P

Thanks for your reply. I only use it on my computer and people sharing my computer ONLY use Explorer and a javaapplet. This way they don't have to install anything. :-) I had to check for the driver it it's active the next time I share my computer. We use Wordpad to chat with each other. Is it OK to ...

I can't see in the preferences where to turn this off? Is there a site where this is explained?

I'm afraid that if it starts and I leave the computer someone (hacker) could get in an make a mess. :cry:
