can't find d3d9.dll in path

I just downloaded pchw - 3/19. Upon clicking pchelpware_viewer.exe I get:

the dll d3d9.dll could not be found in the path

Any suggestions?

I want to be able to have my customer's fill out a form on my website where they request support, then click submit, then behind the scenes the ultravnc sc is generated in real time.

Say I have 5 support technicians, one at his house in california, 2 in my office on separate machines on my network ...
