Hi Ipsec,

thanks for the wisdom..

since writing this post we have discoverd that the user profile for the non-admin user has somthing to do with it. If we delete the profile and re-create a new one it works ???

any idea??

Disconnect 1 second after connect when non-admin user

using W2000 on server and viewer with RC12.

If server is logged on as non-admin rights user, viewer makes connection for split second and disconnects. If server is logged on as admin everything is fine. Long story but I cannot change version easily.

Windows does not crash, no blue screens. No error messages at all.
It connects to the server for half of a second then disconnects. (or at least you see the server image for an instant) then gone

Seams like Viewer looks at the primary monitors

resolution and will only create a window that large. Because if you create a large scale window it only opens on the primary display as large as it is but once you move the window to a secondary monitor (with higher res) the window can get larger but the date in it is not really there..
