ok sweet, upgraded from rc_18 to 19.4 (or whatever) and it has that option, can also hide the icon too . Thanks everyone for all your help!

hmm, rc_20? all i have found is rc_19, where can I get 20? also you mentioned the registry key, where in the registry is that located? I have gone through most of the registry and didn't find that, does it have to be created? As limited users they don't have rights to mess with properties in the mmc ...
