i intend to have the option on the server site to limit the connection color example to 256 color.
so when the client connect to server with 32bit color or auto ecc he will have only the 256 color instead his 32bit

Hi,
can you implement in future VNC Version a possibility to implement the max Color on VNC Server?
Example, when i select on the Server like max Color 256 and the Clients connect with Color: Auto, it will shows him only 256 color.. and when he conencts over LAn too

i dont know if i'm right here. i am sure, that you just heard about the problem with Windows 7 and pressing CRTL ALT DEl over VNC.. it not work.. i dont know if you are just working about it, or you wont work about it.
