To solve the problems, it has just now is my own WIN2003 to run the system problem PcHelpWare_server. May be a DLL files not registered, or my computer lacks a DLL files. Looking for the ultimate reason right now

Sorry I don't use PCHelpWare, but a similar problem happens in UltraVNC when the "view-only pasword" and full "VNC password" are mistakenly set THE SAME.
