How to silently install UltraVNC server only with service

I finally figured out how to silently install UVNC server on XP Pro and Win 7. This seems to work fine on XP, but to make it work on Win 7, you'll need to add "winvnc.exe" to the "allow" list for Windows Firewall.

If you know of the other parameters and values I can use for the INF file, please ...

I've spent quite some time in the forum and still have not been able to figure out how I can run the installation completely silent with a batch script and not download the "optional files". The script will run and install winvnc server and start the service, but a pop-up shows the download progress ...
