The silent uninstallation of VNC is not 100% silent. After it is uninstalled, there is an information popup notifying that "ultraVNC service has been unregistered". Is there a way to suppress this popup?

Is there a setting in an ini file or in the registry that would enable UltraVNC viewer to remember to the check box beside "Use DSMPlugin"? I need to push this setting out to many PCs to enable the use of DSMPlugin on the viewer. Thanks.
