unfortunately v1.0.9.4 didn't fix the issue. the same problem still persists as described in original post.
I have also tried it on a different Win7 machine and it doesn't work.
any more ideas as what I can try???

Hi all, When connecting to a Windows 7 machine it successfully connects however there is no mouse control on the viewer side. To get around this I found that if you open Admin Properties on the Win 7 machine (right-click system tray icon) and then close it the mouse then works on the viewer side ...
