UltraVNC

Actually no, I have installed it locally on my machine, which is acting as the server (I get my colleagues to test acting as users).
Since my post, I have installed UltraVNC in application mode and I do see the icon appearing. So the problem only seems to be when I install UltraVNC as a service.

I know that this question has been asked several times but none of the solutions work for me, and I still can not see the tray icon.

I have installed UltraVNC 1.0.8.2 as a service on Windows Vista Business, Service Pack 1
