Hi, I would like to remove caption bar completely, it really annoying when I suddenly move my cursor on top of screen.

Take a look at TightVNC, they use CTRL+ESC+ESC to exit from fullscreen. No caption bar that keep moving in and out.Microsoft Remote Desktop also have an option to disable caption ...
