I uninstall 1.2.4.0, delete folder UltraVNC in "Program Files"
And install 1.3.2.

And replace winvnc.exe and vncviewer.exe from your archive.

My config ultravnc.ini:

passwd2=SUPER_PASSWORD2

It has an vc redistribute:

2012
2013
2015

And .Net Framework 4.6

And while I connect to this machine - I push Ctrl+C or Ctrl+V, vncclient immediatly ...
