Glad you got it. Thanx. You may find that some features don't work exactly right if you use srvany. VNC sets an internal flag when it is run as a service that would not be set with srvany... so it would be stuck running in user mode as user SYSTEM. Thanx for the heads up. Are you sure that Ultra has been installed as a service on that box? Sounds like you're running in user mode. Yes, I am quite sure. I actually tried using servany and instsrv to install the .exe as a service manually. It turns out I wasn't waiting long enough for the service to start before logging ...
