How do I create // Download the listning viewer?

This is a total NEWB question, configured the SC Server's zip file create the EXE using the online tool. Client got it clicked... Trying to connect to me. But what program do I need? And where to download it?

Im talkin about the listening Viewer... I am clearly missing something here :)
