If I enable logging, the VNC server is supposed to write a log file, winvnc.log... where is this file located?

Can't connect to server locally
Hi,
I have a machine that when I start the ultra vnc service, the service does not listen. If I do a telnet localhost 5900 it says I can't make the connection, and if I do a netstat -abn, vnc is nowhere to be found.
