I'm not sure how to find the answer to either of those questions.

I tested the connection with the PcHelpWare_viewer that I've been using for months, and also with the one I just downloaded from the website. Both look identical but I'm not sure where to find a version number.

I've tried both

UltraVncSC update 2009
UltraVncSC based on RC23

with the same issue. Like I said I have a working exe using the same ports from a company i contract for, so the firewall shouldn't be the issue.

I created a custom exe using
[HOST]
Remote Connection One
-connect myinfo.dyndns.org:5601 -noregistry

(myinfo replaced with correct entry)

The reason I used 5601 was I have a company I do consulting work for that also uses SC and uses that port so I know it works and is forwarded correctly. I can ...
