I think the driver signatures are missing from pchelpware. and any x64 Windows would make difficult running the video mirror driver.

The problem turns out to be the requirement for driver signing on a x64 system. I guess it is the video driver that captures the screen. If on reboot you press F8 and select "Disable Driver Signing" (or whatever the last line says), the client will execute and function properly. Hope this helps ...
