have seen where the input fails, cursor and keyboard. uninstall and delete the folder. reboot. reinstall uvnc as admin. after it is installed and the screens go blank for a second, vnc hooks into the video, go under the display setting and change something. like the monitor resolution or screen 1 or ...

under the edit settings, screen capture tab, select second monitor.
you may need to stop/start the service agian
