Hi Derek,
Just run the setup and it will install replacing the files, if you want the one that includes the video driver be sure to download for the uvnc website (the SourceForge download does not include the video Driver).

Rudi, 1-4 done 5 -red line replaced by green -menu not changed, impact to big 6- Don't know how to change, unless sombody can tell it stays this way. You could try Wingdings font and lowercase L for the password char, works for me and most (if not all) windows versions have this font! Hope it helps.

Yes it does need a pasword set, but you dont need to know what it is.
