I don´t know what´s going on with this machine... Here´s what I did:
Some time ago I installed TightVNC on a WinXP Computer, don´t remember which version. Yesterday I uninstalled it. As it didn´t want a restart I installed "UVNC 1.0.8.2 Server only Service" right afterwards without reboot ...
