I cannot see this after logoff in local machine.
But from remote machine via sc \\%hostname% query , the service is started.

Its fresh installation and i want to replace tightvnc abd ultravnc was installed before. During period where i cannot connect UltraVNC Client says "Ther Server is running as Application". In later tests i found out that it just takes some time until reconnect works (about 1-2minutes ). I think i was ...

sorry, don't agree with that. I don't think that UAC makes that much security. If you have a strict user/admin conzept it's much more secure. Also if you get many msg it's a high chance that you ignore a real security thread and click on OK without checking out the excact dialog. UAC is a nice try ...
