I am uncertain how the name and ID will really work. Doesn't the id change everytime the customer runs InstantSupport.exe

Does the repeater have the ability to broadcast ID's? Or is it possible to have a client pull current connected id's from the repeater? Also, would it be possible to have the InstantSupport have the option to enter a name vs. automatically generating a numeric id before connecting to repeater? Then ...

Multiple people connect to one person and be able to view only.

OK, been playing around a bit with this product but I am having problems getting the repeater setup to use 443 proxy.

I have customers that have firewalls and they block everything except 443 and 80.

How do I setup the repeater and viewer?
