The firewall settings did not change in the switch. Also I am unable to connect using the add client feature in the server. :(

Ping or Not to Ping

My customer has changed ISPs. They were on directway satelite with a static IP and UVNC worked ok -long legacy due to connection.
They are now on DSL with a static IP. The ISP has the ping blocked and UVNC will not connect. The only change being the ISP/IP.
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!
