Yes, I did use "medium". I saw another post about it and tried it but with no luck. It will always fail and crash. The file transfer will crash first, then the viewer is frozen. You have to close it via task manager.

Hello, I am connected remotely via VPN (windows built in VPN connection) and using version 1.0.8.2 to connect to a PC running 1.0.6.5.
