How can I change this post to "Unsolved"? The problem persists; if I Google the error message I get 1 link only, and that's to this post.
Help is needed.

No DirectX Viewer in UVNC 1.0.8.0
I run WXP SP3 on a Lenovo laptop.
I uninstalled 1.0.6.5 then installed 1.0.8.0. As a result there was no DirectX viewer.
The only way I can get DirectX is to uninstall 1.0.8.0, clean the registry, install 1.0.6.5, which has DirectX, then upgrade to 1.0.8.0.
Is this normal?

Re: "Unable to register hotkey for Cus."
This problem, which occurred on 2 computers, was fixed by uninstalling UVNC, running CCleaner's registry cleaner, then reinstalling.

[solved] "Unable to register hotkey for Cus."
I recently installed Windows Live Mesh. Around the same time I started getting the above message in a 'Hotkey registration error' window whenever I start UltraVNC Viewer DirectX. When this happens I can connect to LAN machines only, not to WAN machines. Exitint Live Mesh doesn't change the problem ...
