I have the same issue when trying to do the silent install. is there a way to add switches to avoid dowloading and pointing to a local folder?
below is my install via SMS:
RemoveVNC.exe
copy ultravnc.ini "c:\program files\UltraVNC"
UltraVNC_1.0.8.2_setup.exe -sinstall /verysilent /norestart
regedit ...

im still pretty new with VNC and i am having issues doing a silent install. we use a bat file to install the app but when we push it vis SMS it fails because it cannot donwload the drivers. I beleive i have the files but i dont know how to make it point to that location instead of ...

Redge, thanks for your reply but after i enabled the capture alpha blending im unable to move the mouse. i can see the screen but no mouse to move. any other ideas?
