Rudi what is your emial address? all i can do is PM on the board. what info needs to be in the custom.zip file? How would i go about changing the info like the logo and the ip address that it would connect back to? If i need the source files where can i get those?

Does this version support all of the Windows OS?
Plus how to you hard code what ip address and port you what it to connect? How do you change the logo? Why does it ask which helpdesk you want to connect to at the end of the install?

Are they any way that some one could make the winvnc_clck.exe file smaller? I would like to have the exe after i compiled be around 200kb right now after i compile it it is 570kb

i tried to add a task to have to let them uninstall but cant get it to work right there is the code i used.

Name: {group}\{cm:UninstallProgram,Helpdesk Support}; Filename: {uninstallexe}
This puts a uninstall icon in the program files but does not work.

Have you forward the ports in your router to the ips of the computers that have the server running on them. I think that it will work internal without forwarding ports but for some one outside the network you will have to setup port forwarding.

Now all the clients have to do is download a file from my website(or i could email the file to them) and click open and it will automactically connect them to my computer so i can give online support like a helpdesk(remote desktop).
