SC helpdesk.txt host domain with hyphen

Hi, I am hoping someone can help. I have a domain name with a hyphen in it. I have built a copy of SC with a helpdesk file with a domain eg: support.example.com and all is well.

If I build one with support.my-example.com then SC builds and runs but when you click on that host entry you get a usage ...
