ok.. I think I know what you are saying.. even when I run the Pchelpware app the user had to "allow" it the first time... sorry about that.

Why do you not recommend running InstantSupport for long periods? Are there issues or just to prevent ID duplicate issues?
I could have two different viewers, one for my installed customers using 5 digit numbers and another for non-installed customers using 4 digit numbers.
