I'm not changing the password. I just wanted to start winvnc. In the message you mentioned, I saw there was an option -kill: -kill Close winvnc running as service or started as application But later I found this option couldn't start winvnc as an application. low-privilege user to start winvnc

I belong to user group on my winxp. I downloaded UltraVNC_105_binW32.zip and want to start winvnc without install it. But winvnc tells I need administrator to start it.

Do I need administrator to start winvnc? Is there any workaround?
