So what about support for the asymetric encryption plugin SecureVNC? It would make much more sense for SC versions because only a public key is saved in the exe file and the encryption should be more secure.

It is also not more difficult to configure than the rc4 plugin I think.

The old SC isn't really usable with Vista oder Windows 7 and SecureVNC especially with the certificates is perfect for SC because of the asymmetric encrypting approach ...

Does anybody know how to use this plugin with SC (Singleclick VNC) with the certificates? If I add SecureVNC to SC I got the message that a plugin is used but the connection is unencrypted.

Ok, I have found an easy workaround. I have renamed the winvnc.exe to setup.exe, so that in case of Vista and Windows 7 you are asked for Admin rights without any additional user interaction. It seems that the winvnc.exe and both dlls aren't removed under Vista after finish from the temp directory ...

No, there is a workaround. Winvnc.exe should ask for admin rights after start, like most other modded Single Click VNC versions on this site do on vista.
